Hi I am at a healthy weight (barely) for my height but I would really like to loose weight. I am 12 and 5'3 and weigh 139 pounds. I would like to get down to about 118 pounds. Does anyone know of any free "diet" websites to go on? Does anyone know any healthy recipes or have any advice for me?
PS No pills not even that Acai Berry stuff i wanna do this all natural

you are only 12 and you probably still have alot to grow if anything you might strech out taller and lose weight but if your family is short then you might be stuck with the short gene and stay the way you are…. just join in sports and be active dont be lazy and sit on the coutch watchin tv because it will catch up to you if you join at least ONE sport you should be in fit in no time ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE is that if you want to be fit and healthy starving yourself will only worsen it! starving yourself is deffenately NOT the answer! you need to excersise and constantly be eating SMALL meals try not to eat so much junk food DRINK ALOT OF MILK, WATER, AND GREEN TEA it will speed up your motabilism which can help with losing weight also alot of cardio workouts like running and swimming etc speeds up your motabolism too plus burns fat at the same time… of you find yourself pooping alot more and your poop floats that is GOOD it means your digesting alot faster and your eating good also if you see that you lose weight but gain weight and your just up and down dont worry to much about that it may be that your just loseing your fat (the bad stuff) and gaining muscle (the GOOD stuff) so remember that muscle weighs more than fat
