I haven't always been overweight but now it's starting to affect my health unfortunately… because my family has a history of diabetes. I signed up for the free trial of the Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse because of all the commercials and I want to know any input if it works. I haven't gotten the pills yet but I'm hoping I can lose at least 50lbs… and it's not bad for my health to lose this weight it's mandatory!

Unless there really is 50lbs of fecal matter stuck in your colon. Then you really are full of it. Lol.
If you wanted to do something for your colon health then just take some psyllium husk (metamucil) daily as directed on the package.
If you want to lose weight and try to avoid diabetes then diet and exercise. If it was easy we would all be lean and healthy.

Im signing up dfor 1 of these trial things and they say its for free and £something shipping do you know if they really work and will they actually send it to you

Just don't give your card details out, that way you can't get caught out on any hidden charges. Alot of free trials aren't as free as they make out because sometimes they want you to sign up for another 2 months after or something so they get you there with the cost.
