does the acai berry supplements and the colon cleanse pills really work?
i keep seeing those "diary websites" about loosing 20 lbs of fat in 3 weeks and offering free trials of these pills. but i just would like to know if these is a great way to detox your body and if their is any truth to the claims. and if so, which are the best pills to take?
Most of stuff like that doesn't work and usually if it's a free trial then it will bill you monthly afterwards. I would advise you to ask a doctor. Most people don't want to but it's probably the best information you can get but that's your choice. Some supplements are good ways to clean and detox your body you just have to be careful about which ones you choose and take them as directed. I use a product called nature cleanse and it's worked well for me I lost 12 pounds my first month and I feel a lot healthier and lighter. That may not sound like a lot but it's not good for your body to loose weight too fast.
